Bedroom 1 is an oversized bedroom with a Queen bed.
We supply pillows and doona / blanket however guests need to bring Queen sized sheets, and pillowslips.

Bedroom 2 has a Double bed and bunks, so suits a family group rather than 4 adults.
We supply pillows and Doona's however guests need to bring single or double sized sheets and pillowslips.
Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 is a large room with a Double bed and single bunk above it (called a tribunk). This suits a family with a child rather than 3 adults.

Bedroom 4 is a smaller room with a Double bed and single bunk above it (called a tribunk). This suits a family with a child rather than 3 adults.

The dining table will seat 8 while the wrap around lounge allows a great view of the lake and treescape. A TV with Chromecast is provided to stream from your device, and a DVD player plus soundbar lets you play old favourites.

The oversized garage stores the outdoor equipment and has a Table tennis table.

Bathrooms
There is an upstairs bathroom with shower and bath, plus a downstairs shower. In addition there is a toilet on each level.
Outdoor entertaining
For BBQ and outdoor living, there is a Gas BBQ on the balcony, or a charcoal hooded BBQ in the yard. We have lots of Aluminium chairs, an outdoor table, and bench seats for enjoying the day or evening. There is an open fire pit on the backyard (BYO wood), and park benches at the lakes edge.
